XTERRA Worlds Triathlon

This morning, I just started my training....

I am excited that Lance Armstrong will be competing in the XTERRA Worlds Triathlon held in Kapalua this Sunday.

If I don't qualify for the race, Kainani and I will cheer on Lance and the local Maui competitors instead.

Wow! It's 7 YEARS already?

We are happy to report that Kainani has been progressing wonderfully with her "water development". She has no trouble holding her breath and dipping her head under water AND she took her first solo swimming strokes. We are so proud of her!!!! Speaking of proud....Mommy Kimi does a pretty nice job behind the lens. Thank you Kimi for these beautiful images.

Kainani's 3rd Birthday

Happy Birthday Kainani! Thank you everyone, for celebrating with us. We ALL had a wonderful time.....I just can't believe I missed seeing Mickey when he "stopped in" for a quick visit! ;)

Kainani's First School Photo

This week Kimi and I had the monumental task of picking poses and print packages from Kainani's first school photo. OMG! Is that our daughter with that unbelievable smile?! Everyone in her class looks just as cute! Seriously, who gets the kids to pose like that? Kimi and I loved them all and could not decide, so we bought the biggest package that includes everything. Thank you Teddy Bear Portraits for your amazing photos.

And, if you were wondering.... Yes, this is normal around the house "playwear" for Princess Kainani.

Daddy's Boo Boo

Six years ago this week, my bride placed a ring on my finger and said she would be mine forever. Today, my daughter calls the callous on my hand from my ring "Daddy's Boo Boo". I love my girls! Sometimes it's a little moment like this that makes you realize how lucky and blessed you are.
